This hot-headed sign is trouble when they’re grieving. They can’t seem to hold in their frustration and anger when they lose something. They will lash out at those even though it’s not their fault. A combination of centering exercises and a physical outlet for their anger eg kickboxing classes should help them channel these feelings.

Normally not the best at opening up, this sign tries to gain the support of their loved ones in difficult times. They need emotional assurance that only their close ones can provide to them. Hugs and cuddles are always a necessity during this time.
(May 22nd to June 21st)
Even though they are the biggest socializers, Geminis tend to isolate themselves when they are experiencing extreme grief. They will even pull away from those who are the nearest to them because all they want is alone time. While it is important to give them space, this star sign also occasionally needs a jolt to pull themselves out of the dark place.

This is a highly sensitive sign who will turn to blame themselves for all that went wrong. They can quickly dive into self-guilt that might even take a dangerous turn.
