Who says flu season only hits in winter? In Dhaka, summer flu is very real — and it’s made worse by scorching heat, high humidity, and rising air pollution. The dust, smog, and sudden changes in weather often leave us with sore throats, runny noses, and lingering fatigue. Add to that the pressure of city life and it’s no surprise our immune systems are struggling.
But instead of reaching for chemical-heavy solutions, what if we reached for a teacup? Whether you’re stuck in traffic fumes or recovering from a cold in this unforgiving heat, these teas offer simple, effective relief right from your kitchen.
